Quality Inn Mazatlan, Mazatlan

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite lacking windows, exuded a very quiet ambiance with all-marble furnishings. The service was excellent, with kind and helpful staff, though the hot tub had limited capacity. The location was superb, near the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with basic options. Overall, it was a decent value for money.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, offering a relaxing stay despite being rather small. The rooms need renovation and were not ready at 3 pm, but the expert service made up for some shortcomings, providing limited hot tub access and disturbances in the morning. The dining was satisfactory but had pricing issues, and the facilities were average.

The hotel is wonderfully located, just a block away from the beach and near various restaurants, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, though elegant with marble details, were on the smaller side, creating some difficulties in moving around. Despite this, the service was exceptional, promptly addressing and resolving any issues, with the rooftop pool being a highlight even though it got crowded. The dining experience, while not very varied, offered good breakfast options. Overall, a great value for the money.
